We do a credit check with all new customers. We will provide a credit application to be filled out and approved by our accounting department before setting up loads with new customers.

Yes, this is easy to do. PBLS will contact our insurance provider and have them list your company as a Certificate Holder

PBLS payment terms with customers is 30 days from time of invoicing.

We prefer having our customers set up on ACH , but will accept checks if ACH is not suitable for your company. PBLS does not accept Credit Cards as payments.

PB Logistics Services is a non-asset based broker. We currently have over 5000 carriers we have worked with since 2007. Approximately 100-150 core carriers are used on a regular basis and range from Flatbeds, Refrigerated Trailers, Reefers, 53 foot Dry Vans

Yes, if the driver is on time for their pick-up time or delivery appointment, there is a free 2 hour window. After that 2 hour window, the carrier will access an hourly charge. PBLS will notify the customer prior to detention time being incurred for assistance with getting the drivers loaded or unloaded.

Once a damage has been reported, PBLS will send a claim form to be filled out by the debtor of the freight bill. The claim will be processed with the carrier and once resolved, a check will be sent for the amount of the claim if the claim is approved by carrier and negligence found on the part of the carrier.

PBLS currently calls carriers that have done lanes similar to the request along with posting on a website. The majority of the time, we already have a carrier in place for the rate given.

PBLS will need the bill to address with contact information along with W-9, credit references, and an email of contact to send an invoice

We have carriers that we can refer you to that would be able to assist with international shipments. These are carriers and forwarders that we work with on domestic shipments.

PBLS carriers can cover all U.S Continental States along with service to Canada and Mexico.

The majority of PBLS freight moves are full truckloads, but we are not limited to only moving full truckloads. We can price LTL or volume shipment requests.

Absolutely, all those that work in Operations or Owners of PBLS carry company cell phones and can be reached anytime after normal business hours.

Yes, PBLS can access our carrier pool to accommodate these request, however there may be additional charges for these services.

Over the years, PBLS has partnered with very reliable 3PL's that offer these types of services and would be happy to make arrangements or put you in contact with these providers.
