Charlene Paquin

Managing Member/Co-Owner
Charlene brings over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry to the table. Through the year's Charlene's skills have expanded into business development roles in 3PL services such as kitting, warehousing, and industrial temp staffing! A true titan of the industry. Charlene is the only remaining founder from the original group of owners that started the company in 2007. Charlene is highly active in managing current and prospective clients.
Fun Fact: Charlene loves traveling domestically and internationally, is an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts, enjoys group fitness classes, loves Interior design, and spending time with family and friends by her pool is where you will find her during the summer.
Mike Slavens

Operations/Co-Owner
Mike has been a team member at PB Logistics Services since 2007 and loves every minute of it. He has over 30 years of experience in transportation, from a shipping manager to a terminal manager to doing freight brokerage.
Fun Fact: Mike carries degrees in Animal Science and Agricultural Economics. During leisure time, Mike frequents amusement parks and live theatre and is Boilermaker through and through. No matter the contest, he's cheering for Purdue.
Missy Leppert

Operation Manager/Co-Owner
Missy has been with PB Logistics Services since 2007. She was the first hired employee and then became one of 4 owners later on. She came from another brokerage prior to PB Logistics Services. She has 19 years of experience in the Brokerage Transportation Industry. She is the Office Manager of Operations and focuses on customer and carrier relationships and good customer service.
Fun Fact: Missy also holds a cosmetology license and is an excellent artist. She has two grandchildren that she loves to spend time with and is an amusement park lover.
Susan Vest

Operations/Co-Owner
Susan joined PB Logistics Services in 2016 and has 15+ years of experience in transportation LTL, TL, and expedited services. She enjoys working in the industry and believes that excellent customer service is the key to making the carrier and customer satisfied.
Fun Fact: Susan is a licensed Respiratory Therapist, loves shopping, going to Colts games, and traveling.
Cheryl Martin

Operations
Previously to joining PB Logistics Services, Cheryl had accumulated 25 years of industry experience. She brings a tremendous work ethic to the team and is versatile enough to handle all aspects of the business. From customer service to communicating with drivers and dispatchers, whoever finds themselves in talks with Cheryl will leave the conversation, satisfied.
Fun Fact: She got a green thumb and a passion for working in her gardens and around the yard. Cheryl loves the outdoors, camping in the Indiana State Parks, and primitive camping!
Tim Cummins

Accounts Payable & Receivable
Tim joined the PB Logistics Services Team in 2020. Retiring in 2016 after 23 years as Transportation Manager for an athletic footwear company based in Indianapolis. He brings his experience and knowledge of transportation logistics and supply-chain processes to the table. Being from the other side of the desk, he knows what the customer wants and expects from a carrier. Consider us as an extension to your transportation department.
Fun Fact: Tim enjoys traveling, sporting events and volunteering in his community. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Sertoma Club of Greenwood, The Indy Wine Trail and treasurer for The Indianapolis Traffic Club.
